Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. OCE LoL Boosting complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
1. What we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data — name, email, display name, password hash, and country.
- Order data — Riot summoner name, rank, region, and chosen options.
- Payment data — handled entirely by our processors (Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase Commerce). We retain only the last 4 digits and brand of card for receipts.
- Communication data — chat transcripts, support tickets, and Discord interactions.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, and usage logs.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the boost or account service you ordered
- To verify boosters and process payments
- To prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse
- To respond to support requests and warranty claims
- To send service emails (receipts, order updates) — never marketing without your opt-in
4. Your rights
Under Australian and international privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

5. Data retention
Order and payment records are retained for 7 years to comply with Australian tax law. Chat transcripts are retained for 24 months. Cancelled/deleted accounts are purged within 72 hours except where required for legal compliance.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host on AWS Sydney with SOC 2 Type II compliance. Riot account credentials are stored in an encrypted vault with ephemeral access tokens — no booster ever sees the raw password.
8. Changes to this policy
If we materially update this policy, we'll notify registered users by email at least 30 days before changes take effect.
