Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

OCE LoL Boosting reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate Service to any user at our sole discretion, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OCE LoL Boosting login credentials and for all activity that occurs on your account. OCE LoL Boosting will not be liable for losses caused by unauthorised access where you have not enabled two-factor authentication.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and to keep that information up to date.

When you place a boost order, you grant OCE LoL Boosting and our contracted boosters a limited, revocable licence to access your Riot Games account solely for the purposes of completing the ordered service.

You acknowledge that the use of third-party services on a Riot Games account may breach the Riot Terms of Service and could result in actions by Riot Games. OCE LoL Boosting mitigates this risk through our anti-ban infrastructure but cannot eliminate it entirely.

You may pause or cancel any in-progress order at any time through your dashboard, subject to our Refund Policy.

Accounts listed on our marketplace are sold “as-is” with the lifetime replacement warranty described on each listing. Once an account is delivered, ownership transfers to you subject to the warranty conditions.

You agree not to resell purchased accounts on competing marketplaces within 30 days of purchase, and not to use any account for activities that violate the Riot Games TOS beyond the original purpose disclosed at checkout.

All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is required in full before delivery of services.

OCE LoL Boosting uses Stripe, PayPal and approved cryptocurrency processors for payment. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, chargebacks without contact, or any illegal activity
• Submit accounts that you do not own or have authorisation to sell
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our boosters, coaches, or support staff
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public APIs
• Use the Service to facilitate boosting in violation of tournament integrity rules

All content on the Service — including the OCE LoL Boosting brand, logos, written content, and software — is the property of OCE LoL Boosting or our licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

League of Legends™ and all related marks are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. OCE LoL Boosting is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OCE LoL Boosting's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW for any dispute arising under these Terms.
