Refund Policy
We stand behind every service we sell. This policy explains what you're entitled to under Australian Consumer Law and the additional refunds we offer at our own discretion.
1. Boost order refunds
Before the order starts: 100% refund, no questions asked.
During the order:Pro-rata refund based on divisions remaining. For example, if you've paid $300 for a 4-division climb and we've completed 2 divisions, you'll receive $150 back.
After the order: Refunds are not generally offered after a boost is successfully delivered, but our anti-ban warranty (see §3) provides separate protection.
2. Marketplace account refunds
Accounts are refundable within 24 hours of delivery if they have not been logged into or modified. After this period, the lifetime replacement warranty applies instead.
Refunds outside the 24-hour window may be offered at our discretion in the form of wallet credit.
3. Anti-ban warranty
For 90 days after a boost is completed, if your account is actioned (warning, suspension, or permanent ban) and we can reasonably attribute that action to the boost we provided, we will:
- Refund 100% of the original order amount in AUD
- Cover any unban fees Riot Games charges (up to AUD 250)
- Offer a 50% discount on your next order
The warranty does not apply to actions caused by toxic chat, AFK, intentional feeding, or third-party software unrelated to our service.
4. Coaching satisfaction guarantee
If after your first paid coaching session you don't gain at least 50 LP across your next 10 ranked games (or feel the coaching wasn't valuable), let us know within 14 days for a full refund or a free swap to a different coach.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply:
- Open live chat (bottom-right) or email refunds@ocelolboosting.shop
- Provide your order ID (RR-#####) and reason
- We verify within 24 hours and approve where eligible
- Refund processed within 48 hours back to original payment method
Stripe refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days. PayPal refunds are usually instant. Crypto refunds are processed in the same currency you paid with.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Our refund process is faster, and chargebacks may result in your account being permanently restricted from future purchases.
For fraudulent chargebacks filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to recover funds through your bank's dispute process and forward unresolved cases to a collections agency.
7. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
